Smoothie King — Restaurant in Hartland Township

I was a regular there for the last 6 months I would order from them at least 2-3 times a week. Two weeks ago I put in our regular order a bee berry sting and a pb swizzle. When I got home with the orders they had put the pb swizzle topping on the base of the bee berry sing and vice versa. Honest mistake we just pitched them out and didn’t complain. Then this week I place the same order on the app. The order was supposed to be done at 5:13, i arrived shortly after 5:13 and they hadn’t even started making the order so I had to wait 10 minutes (not a huge deal, but I had waited the 20 minutes from ordering to get to the shop). They apologized when they gave me my food for the wait, but when I got home they had made me a pb delight, which I can’t stand so I threw it out again. I feel like they have ripped me off twice now on $20+ each time. Anyway, I can’t count on them to give me what I ordered so I’m no longer a customer. I called to complain and no one answered the phone so I filed an on line complaint and never got a response. Oh well. The stuff is good but obviously they don’t have a system to prepare...

I left my apple charger block here not just any apple charger block the 2018 model square block the one that is restorable and they (the employed individuals)stole my charging block I called about my charging block the next day no answer…. I called the day after that… I called until someone answered the phone It was 8 pm and the person who answered the phone said she was the general manager she said her name was “Tee” she would look for my charging block and get back with me she never did I called Tuesday she told me this on Thursday and I’ve herd nothing I’ll try again on Monday. Love the smoothies but every time I go through this drive thru the employees are super obnoxious. The "What can I blend for you" is seriously kinda annoying. Not only that they're pushy on the ordering. They also then get pushy about the app that is always having me take 10 years just to open and pull up. The last time I went here I was supposed to get my 3 smoothies and a free refresher. They scanned my coupon then come back to tell me they couldn't break my 100 dollar bill.
