Got the three meat and sides combo decent price for the food. Now onto the food, the sides are solid, the corn bread stood out as the best of those. Now onto the meats, Brisket hardly had a smoke ring i mean just enough to say it had one, now well its only a visual thing it still adds to the idea of smoked food, the brisket also lacked flavor, and was not pull tender, the pulled pork was also not popping with flavor, BUT the chicken was great, and stole the plate. We hired Hall boy for my dads 75th birthday party on August 2. And I cannot say ENOUGH ABOUT how GOOD the FOOD is. Like seriously good! I think we’re pretty picky too and there wasn’t anything served that we didn’t care for. The green beans taste like grandma made. The ribs fell off the bone. The mac & cheese is some of the best Catered mac & cheese I’ve ever tasted. Pulled chicken moist and flavorful.. but the BRISKET!!! I could eat half a pan !! I hate to leave a bad review but if you don't know, you can't fix it. First off the young man that waited on me was Very nice and helpful(he gets the stars). I loved the idea of your loaded cornbread/ mac and cheese and i chose all 3 meats... The beans were the good part. The bread was like cake, the mac was sticky and flavorless, and none of the meat was seasoned. And idk WHAT that sauce was, but it choked me. It was souless bbq.
