This location on more than one instance has not had the product on hand to fill the order. This visit I ordered online which made it a complete nightmare. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager to be sure they couldn't bring the order to the door as the lobby was closed. She said my order is on the screen get in line and pick it up at the window. I asked if they could make it fresh when I get to the window so it won't be cold. She said it wasn't made yet and will be when I get there. I waited behind 9 cars for her to tell me they couldn't fill my order. (12 piece and 6 piece wings) I asked why she couldn't tell me that when I called before waiting in line and she just told me to call the number to get a refund. Now the fun begins to get worse. On hold over 30 min before hanging up. Called back later again on hold over 30 min. Now looks like it will be easier to call my credit card company instead. Word to the wise if you made it this far in my review, the little Ceasars 500ft away has chicken wings ready to go and alot less hassle. The staff is friendlier too so that's a plus. Read moreI used my credit card for a drive-thru order in Oct. 2021, about $15 worth of food. The guy at the window said the card was declined. He tried it again. Still declined. So, I paid cash. My card statement comes and I was billed for both transactions (the supposedly declined ones) and still paid cash. After about 3 phone calls to the store and being given an incorrect number to lodge a complaint, I stopped by one day to speak to the manager. She was polite, took a picture of my statement and said that they had many problems with credit cards around that time because it was a new machine and employees weren’t sure how to operate it. She called the owner of the store, who asked for my name, number and was assured that he would contact me to make this situation right. It’s been months…no call, no contact at all, and no one will call me back when I leave messages. I love paying $45 for $15 worth of food. Pathetic customer...

I asked for fresh and the girl stated they were off the same sheet. I told her I wanted lighter newer looking chicken. The girl brought the new chicken to me, but left all of it. I took all of it to my table, and tasted the dark dried out tasteless chicken. It was awful. I then tried the newer looking chicken. It was cooked properly, but was bland and tasteless. They forgot all the herbs and spices . Both were terrible. Then my wife tried the fries. Terrible and bland and cold. Then we tried our mashed potatoes and gravy. Bland and dried out.
