FIRST and LAST time shopping here. Went in last night with my mom to purchase a phone. Felt pressured into the purchase, before we could finish looking at phones on display. The salesman James was already doing stuff for the phone she thought she wanted (but wasn't 100% sure) well by the time she decided what she wanted the paperwork/online stuff was already done. What if she wanted a different phone yet that one was already being set on the account.... her and I wanted to leave after that but felt pressured into staying since the phone was already unboxed and James had already said it was on the account. He talked her into a liquid screensaver when she asked him if he could put the rest on the back of the phone since it is glass too he threw away the wet pad and said sorry I ran out of solution... Another thing that made us feel very walked over and his tone was very rude. Most questions we had were answered very vaguely and like he didn't have time for us. I think if you are buying a $800 phone you would be treated better. Also she wanted to put some money down on the phone so her monthly payment was lower but when we asked about it he rudely stated he had already processed it so he couldn't change it. Overall customer service was Terrible! Should have went to Brighton Verizon, where we have been going for years. I have never felt the way I did at the corporate Verizon store as I did last night at Wireless Zone Hartland. Considering eating the $80 in restocking fees and screensaver cost just to return the phone so she can take her business else where.
Update: Rich the store manager called and spoke to us. I have to say he is a stand up guy and offered to make things right. I think if we were able to work with Rich last night in the store, we would have had a lot better experience very nice guy. If I could rate him I would give him 5 stars but our experience last night was a 1 star so I changed the...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Had a broken screen on a Droid turbo 2 went in there guy says oh you should up grade that phone is out of date. Ok sure. Told him I need a phone that will last 12-14 hours on one charge he says this one here. Ok great new phone next day leave the house at 8am phones dead by 2pm. Unless my math is wrong that's no where near 12-14 hours. Go back in there have to pay so bs restocking fee then got a Droid Force. Was told this is the best phone for battery life. Bs wife has an iPhone hers last twice as long as thing thing. Never go back they have no idea what they are selling they just want to make a sale they could care less if your happy with what you have or not. Should have just gotten my screen fixed on the turbo 2 because that's phone would last all day...
Read moreTerrible service. I ordered a phone through the Verizon website with pickup there at the store. 10 minutes after placing the order I realized I ordered the wrong phone, and wanted to swap it out for the larger one. They refused, telling me to wait 3 days. And then they proceeded to yell at me over the phone. I contacted verizon and they reached out to the store who agreed to cancel it, only for a $50 restocking fee and they'd "help" me purchase the new larger phone that I wanted. The phone was not even off their shelf for 10 minutes, there was no reason to charge a $50 fee when I wanted to immediately purchase not just another phone, but a more expensive phone. We have 5 phones on our plan, and there is no way I will be using this provider for...
