Whatever you do DONT EVEN THINK YOU CAN DEPEND ON ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION! RUDE is an understatement I would rather walk to work ! Iām very disgusted , insulted and disappointed with the service I received at this Auto Zone location. The female manager was sitting in a chair when i walked in the building. She seemed bothered and annoyed that I approached her for assistance 𤦠WOW ā Just the beginningā I then requested to return a part under warranty and was immediately given an attitude and she further accused me of trying to return a part that wasnāt sold by Auto Zone. After 20 minutes of me proving my innocence I then said bet you 20 bucks if you go in the back and look at the same part you will see that I am correct. After proven correct I never received a apology or expected one at that point. What a complete Joke! The other Auto Zone employee was just sitting šŖ n the counter eating popcorn while I wasted 30 /40 minutes of my life on planet earth ! Really straight out of a movie script! Felt like I was in the movie Tommy Boy ! It gets better! I then said I have the receipt from last May when I purchased it to prove that I am under warranty, she said it doesnāt work that way š¤ I said Really could you explain to me how it works then ! All ears ? She said well I donāt have the 100 dollars cash to refund you so you are going to have to go to another Auto Zone ! I then said could I speak to a manager ā She proudly said I am the Manager ā š but the general manager isnāt here so come back tomorrow I said Iāll come back to speak to him or her ! You are not a very good manager ! I wonāt ever walk through this location ever again! I will advise and spread the word to everyone I know to never shop here again! Realistically in the heat of the moment and you depend or simply rely on common courtesy or reliability to fix or maintain your vehicle to transport your family or drive to work, dealing with rude employees that could care less about your situation is the last thing you want to deal with or rely on ! Unbelievably Rude ! That can be fixed in some situations, unfortunately there are no remedies for laziness or lack of caring about their job or what consumers think or even care if they come back again ! Unfortunately the most current Reviews I have read , suggest Auto Zone in general could care less about we think or if we come back ! Too bad ! I will be contacting Auto Zone corporate ! If I was the individual who started Auto Zone I would like to know if people were destroying me and the company I worked...

The so called Manager is a younger man, tall with sandy blonde hair, well don't ask him for help because he doesn't know anything and he will straight up tell you he doesn't know. Asked him if he could look up my oil filter size so I could buy the correct size wrench and he wouldn't. So when I asked if I could return, if it's the wrong size, he told me not if it's out of the package. Well maybe if you could take one second to look up my oil filter I wouldn't have to buy the wrong wrench. How the hell this kid became manager without a bit of car knowledge beats me. Was in there 2 days ago to get my battery tested, and the girl who was working, didn't even know how to hook up or use the battery tester. Seeing the extensive bulb selection and without knowing the type my vehicle required I asked for help from one of the four counter persons at the registers. He told me the bulb number and then proceded to go about the conversation he was having with the other three counter persons. Spent several minutes still not knowing which exact bulb was best because the bulb number comes in many different varieties. After several minutes in the Isle and sideways looks at the counter from both me and the employees I walked back up to the register to ask if any of the four counter persons could help me with the selection since I was the only person in the store and they were standing around talking it seemed quite rude. One star for the organization of the store and another for finally helping, eventually. Will never go back to an autozone ever again. I take customer service seriously, clearly...
