I'm not happy at all... I order online, everything goes great. I get to the checkout, and of course it puts a tip amount in front of you. I like to use cash for a tip, so I select pay in store.
Everything still going great. I pay the bill and hand the employee cash tip.
He states he can't take it. I joked and said it's your problem...lol. I found it on the floor and I can't take it back.
He states he will get fired if he takes it, and will be forced to put it in the till?
So I asked why I can tip online, but not in person?
He said it's simple, we don't get those tips....
Do you know how many times I have tipped online, any THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT GET THOSE TIPS !!!!
I almost never, never, never give bad reviews. I just don't return....
But this is WRONG ! They are STEALING the tips ! I'm pissed 😡
The kids working up there hussle. The service was great. Fast, accurate, and tasty. Everything for 5 stars. I have no issue with the food, or service.
As a business owner, I'm shocked. How do you even get away with that? And if it is legal (something tells me it is) How can you do that to the people that are the reason that location is in business?

I came in and asked to use the bathroom, I was told it was for employees only so I asked the manager if they could make an exception as it is an emergency. The managers name was Jesse and she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence without cutting me off and just kept saying ‘employees only’. I tried to explain it was an emergency. I do have health issues and a card that says it’s an emergency and again the manager was very rude. Horrible customer service. She even laughed at me. We go to pick order up and the employee tells me, "We haven't even gotten to your order yet, we're slammed!" This place is just poorly run and operated. If the order was going to take longer, you need to inform the customer, not give them a pickup time, have them wait and then tell them their order hasn't even been started.
