Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Hartland Township

This is the WORST Tim Hortons I've ever been too. Just moved to the area and I'm bummed because Timmy's has the best coffee. The staff is rude, the service is terrible, the food sucks, and half the time the scanner doesn't work for so I can't use the app and accumulate points and pay. I ordered 2 farmers breakfast sandwiches and the hash browns in both were soggy and cold. Not warm, COLD. When I called and spoke with the manager (who I should name drop here but wont) she said "sorry about that, have a nice day," and hung up the phone on me. Everytime I go thru the drive thru I'm the first to the window. Now I know why. Just terrible. It's no wonder why the why the dunkin donuts down the street has a line wrapped around the building every morning. The Timmy's near where I use to live was awesome. Complete opposite of this place. That Timmy's new my name, my families names, and greeted us as such. This Timmy's your lucky the girl at the window...

Incredibly unprofessional. Was seeking out a job here, applied via their website got in contact with a manager who gave me a date and time. Showed to the interview, doors were locked and employees visible through the windows refused to come and talk to me so I called, and was told no one was there to give me an interview. So I gave it another chance, and was told they wrote it down and someone was going to get in contact with me. A week goes by with nothing, so I call get a manager and am told yeah they were sick that day (the manager who made the interview) and wrote down my info for the second time and was told I'd get a call. That was almost 3 weeks ago.

Since my first inquiry about working there almost 2 months has passed. Absolutely unprofessional. I now understand why the sign say urgently hiring as your managers are not even capable of getting an...

I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to hartland and have never had a problem until yesterday. The young man running the register was very rude and not pleasant at all. When giving my change it wasn’t a normal exchange, he rudely handed me my change to the point it felt like he was throwing it at me. And don’t get me going on the drink he made me that was completely wrong and when confronted about it and lied saying he made it correctly, after realizing that he had been caught he asked to remake which I declined, because his attitude towards it was more like I’ll spit in it if you say yes. All of the other employees have been excellent and have always been friendly and respectful. I’ll continue to frequent this establishment, but will definitely leave the store if I’m waited on by this...
