McDonald's — Restaurant in Hartland Township

Ungodly slow and only one family ahead of us with the MGR running the register. The Mgr was so confused with a couple requests on the snack wraps she came off as rude. The customer used a cc and received the wrong receipt. Upon requesting a correct one the Mgr was flustered and mumbled something under breath. The customer turned around to me and said "good luck". The Mgr walked away to get some shakes then started sweeping the floor. After 3 or 4 minutes she walked up and said have you been helped yet. WHAT ? We were directly behind the last customer and made eye contact at least 3 times with me. She seemed overwhelmed and yes we were the only ones in line. I ordered and she sat there forever pushing buttons for the simple request to omit onions a nd pickles off two burgers. The total came to $7.02 and I handed her a $10. She handed me back $2.02 and i held my hand out and said this isn't right. She stares at me and the register and i said i should have received $2.98. She said that not right and again stared at me. I said the correct change is $2.98 which then she said oh I did it thr other way then persisted to make it a big deal to use her Mgr key to open the drawer. Bottom line this lady should not be running a cash drawer nor teaching others. The food took a long time to come to the counter of course and yes we were the only customers in side. I hate to be so negative but this is just so sterio typical with the 16 yr olds running the register but not the Mgr come on. Leaders lead by example I feel for the crew at that location. I went to the restaurant and ordered a chicken nugget meal. Instead I received a Big Mac meal. When I went back around to tell them that the meal was incorrect they then began to, reach for the bag. I explained that we had already open the bag and touch the food. I asked the young lady at the window, was it a health code violation to take food back through the window? I offered to throw the food away for them however they wanted to take the food back through the window no gloves nothing. They yanked the bag back through the window and tossed me my order. I asked again if it was a violation to take food back through the window and still handle other people’s food without sanitizing. They became nasty, slam the window in my face and pull the trashcan around once again no gloves and tossed the food away while preparing other people’s food and drinks. Wow, I tilt my hat and bow down to night crew! Shout out to Amber & Nadia for going above and beyond! So I was on my way home from the hospital and my craving were a roaring… these folks all of them were a blessing! Asked for a strawberry, Boom at 1:10am they got it…. Asked for pies…. Not only were they out but they offered to make me some! This is why they deserve $15, workers like this are hard to come by and even the manager refuses to make pies and other night shift refuses to make pies and the shake machine always down! Hey McDonald’s these diamonds in the ruffs deserve to manage! They care and are compassionate and wow… from now on if they not working, no point in going cause only these girls and there was a guy working can really make me say “Ba dub ba ba ha I’m loving it”
