Terrible!!! I ended up paying $7 for a normal hot brew coffee because their end of the system glitched. I made an order on the app and it charged my Starbucks gift card, and I show the manager the transaction on my phone and he insists that the order didn’t go through. I didn’t feel the need to argue with him as I trusted him because he’s the pro and I’m just the customer, but it turns out the pro was wrong and I ended up paying $3.45 twice. The coffee was terrible as expected (not even kidding it taste like dirt/cowmanure). The only reason I went there was to get a free drink with my gift card but instead I ended up paying them $7 for a disgusting coffee. The worst part is they are making me waste my time tomorrow because they said they can only do the refund in person. What a mess...
Read moreThis is the second time in less than a month that my order has been messed up. Both times mobile orders. First one Trenta size drinks, not filled. This time I ordered Trenta and they gave me a tall and it was a Trenta on the sticker!! Not only is this Starbucks more expensive than the others they clearly have a training issue. Note: I wasn’t the one who picked up the order with the Tall that was supposed to be Trenta or else I would have complained. Mocha Frappuccino with a shot of expresso and it tastes like blended milk. Too watery, zero taste of coffee and zero taste of mocha. Total waste of money and time!
