Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hartsville

MY Lady decided she needed donuts! So we pulled in deciding to try the new dunkin- we ordered 4 donuts a smoothy and a small iced Oreo coffee thing for the lady- the donuts "being lackluster in flavor" we're ready no problem, however we were told to pull around and someone would bring our drinks to us. After about a 5 minute wait I walked in and the same girl who took out order at the window and took my payment tried to take my order again as I entered the establishment. I say, Mamm you may have forgotten my order. I have waited for some time outside. Of course the co-worker put the blame off on someone else and has someone else make my drinks. HERE IS THE KICKER " if you have lasted this long throughy rambling I'm sorry" - THIS STUFF IS ALREADY PREPARED! IT'S LITERALLY IN A GIANT BLENDER CUP ALREADY MADE ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS POUR IT IN A FREAKING CUP! WHY DID I HAVE TO PULL AROUND TO BEGIN WITH??? Oh and we can also see you from the parking lot. So it's easy to see you all laughing and having a good time while I'm just outside about to boil over like a Stewed Pot made to wait for something that should have taken you 10 seconds to pour. This will be a mixed review. We came in about 15 minutes before closing. Everyone is always nice but this was my first time having Caroline wait on me. She was aggravated b/c we were asking about what kind of donuts they had. I asked if they had jelly donuts and she rang up one donut and walked away from us and started cleaning. She was being so rude that another very sweet young girl came and took over waiting on us. Caroline was very short and unpleasant. I was so thankful the other sweet girl came and helped us. She was so sweet and very nice and made sure we had what we wanted before we left. So she gets a five star review!! My suggestion is speak with Caroline or let her go. I took my son to get ice cream yesterday. They had a picture on the menu of cotton candy so that is what we asked for. They didn’t have it. So he asked for cookies and cream. They didn’t have it. So he asked for vanilla. They didn’t have it. Finally his fourth choice of mint chocolate chip they had so we got that. I also got a dozen assorted donuts. I went to pay and was given the ice cream and was told thank you have a nice day. I asked her what about the donuts? So she hurried and got a dozen donuts.
