If there was a way to leave a negative review i would definitely do so. My family and I ordered from here on 10/4/19 around 5:45 pm. We received our food and thought everything was ok however my homestyle chicken sandwich was raw! My wife called back and was told to bring the chicken sandwich back. Upon arriving I was not greeted by anyone. Finally when I was asked if something was wrong and I began to explain finally Bob came to the front. However Bob did not make any wye contact with me nor did he apologize for the inconvenience. I'm terrible disappointed with the customer service received. I can understand not receiving a refund on the entire order. However to only receive a refund for the sandwich itself bothers me. I was seeking a full refund for the Homestyle meal. Read moreI came here between 1:40 - 2:10 AM on July 3, and the dark-skinned man at the drive-through window was rude. Every time I come there, he has an attitude, and when you ask him about your order, he gets even more upset. When he is there, it's always a problem. The first time, he had an attitude about giving me water; the second time, he had an attitude about sauces; and the third time, he didn't even ask me about what sauce I wanted and got mad at the fact I asked him. I told him he didn't give me my drink, and he walked away from the window, and another worker had to give me my drink.
