What, the actual, phuck. I counted 5 people working inside and itās drive-thru only. Took roughly 30 mins (not an exaggeration) to get thru the drive thru line. Most ppl were ordering ice creams. The ice creams were coming out serially- one at a time. So car pulls up to the window, pays, then some time after the first cone comes out. Then a few minutes later a blizzard comes out. I mean, what? Thereās 5 people in there. Two making ice creams (but one at a time?), a lady wearing headphones taking orders, a guy in a blue shirt handing orders thru the window, and a girl standing at the window doing nothing. You ever heard of 2 chicks one cup? This was 4 chicks one ice cream. At a time. With one dude watching.
If youāre the owner of this Dairy Queen please reply to this post with your contact info, Iām local and Iād be happy to come help your team improve your processes. Ok maybe throw me a blizzard or something but otherwise no charge, Iād be happy to help train your employees for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI used to really love this DQ, the blizzards were always made perfect and the service was always really good, ever since about month ago the customer service went downhill fast, I got a blizzard one time that was made so terribly I could drink it like milk, This was worse because blizzards are made to go over the brim and if itās liquid and you go to pull the top off, it goes everywhere, and made a mess of my truck. I thought that was just a freak thing, but I took the family up one night and we watched the young lady put the tops on the blizzard by jamming the spoons into the blizzards then forcing the top on (that will not fit) onto it. This is not how you run a business, the lady looked like she didnāt even know what she was doing. Seems like there needs to be some more employee training at this franchise. Wont be returning, Iāll spend my money on local businesses that care about their customers...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy family is on vacation and thought it would be silly to ride bikes through the drive thru. Looking hard to see if any policy of DQ or the specific location said anything in regards against riding bicycles, which my findings left me unanswered with not finding any rules for it. After ordering and pedaling up to the window, the cashier disgustingly handled the situation. Making my family feel embarrassed and ruining their āsilly little adventureā. Whichever it may be, rules there or not, they were not specified and the situation could have been handled in a completely different way. I am greatly disappointed in the service to the point that I am writing this review. The employee was working the drive thru around 3:00 and was a guy, I am repulsed by his attitude towards the situation and his service frustrates me to great lengths....
