Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hasbrouck Heights

This is the 3rd time that I am aware of that I order my coffee ahead, I get oat milk with my coffee because I’m allergic to almonds; however, yesterday I see her pour the almond milk into my cup and proceed to hand it to me. I told her I ordered oat milk, her response with a smile on her face is that she gave me almond milk and it’s the same price. I hand her back the coffee and make her away I’m allergic to almonds and she proceeds to just laugh and mumble something while preparing my black coffee. She didn’t even offer to give me back the upcharge for the milk I didn’t get.

There have been other times where I’ve at least been told when I pick it up that it’s almond milk instead of the oat, but never been reimbursed. At least they tell me and don’t assume but now I am sure this probably happens all the time and thankfully it’s not a significant enough amount to cause me any damage. RIDICULOUS to not consider allergies and assuming it’s the same…OAT MILK AND ALMOND MILK ARE...

Disappointing Service

I traveled all the way from New York to Dunkin to visit my family hoping to grab something for my friends and family early this morning. The drinks were great, but the service was extremely disappointing. After we ordered our drinks, I asked if we could get just one stuffed bagel. The staff member (who was working on December 12 in the morning) told me that she couldn’t make food because she was alone and her partner was going on a break. Fair enough, but what frustrated me even more was that, right after we ordered, they took the same order from the person behind us without mentioning any food restrictions to them.

It’s disappointing to feel like we were treated differently, especially after traveling such a long way. I hope the staff can improve communication and consistency...

Skip this location. Apart from the building being dingy and overall neglected, the staff aren't very nice, and the drinks aren't prepared well - they often leave syrup at the bottom of drinks or use improper ratios for other drinks, ruining the flavor. Would it be so terrible to spend an extra few seconds stirring before serving?

Today the lady serving me told me they didn't have the donut I ordered and just decided to substitute it for whatever she felt like without even asking if I was ok with her choice. I went to the counter to switch to my second choice but I felt that wasn't right.

I know nothing will change, but I'm writing this more so for the people who are in between Dunkin locations and are wondering which one to go to. Don't pick...
