Arby's — Restaurant in Hastings

Doordashed some food. Got a large fry and they were absolutely cold. Not even Luke warm. Highly disappointed because I worked here for a little over a year and expected higher from this location. Usually spot on and amazing food but today the food was blegh. The sandwich was poorly wrapped and super messy. Sliders were absolutely atrocious and completely smashed. Spent $40 for absolute garbage. Food looks like it was dug out of the trashcan. Only thing I was sorta satisfied with was the shake and the wrap. The Buffalo chicken sandwich looked like a child threw up on a bun. Chicken filet was halfway on and didn't even look very appetizing.

NO STRAW IN BAG, NO NAPKINS, ALL MY FOOD WAS COLD. How am I supposed to drink my shake...

My husband went up to get us lunch. He did order on app. On the app it doesn't give you the choice to get extra peppercorn ranch. My husband asked for 2 and the rude lady manager said you can order on app. NO YOU CANNOT. There was 2 cups of cheese they didn't put in there but we paid for them.. food was ok. Our drinks had no ice and soda was so flat. We have had experience with the manager during the day and we never usually say anything but she was so very rude to my husband.. you should look at your reviews doesn't look like we are the only ones who have.. if you don't like your job then go find another profession.. something needs to be done about her attitude.. if happens again I will just get ahold...

Update 11/3 and 11/4 22 on Hastings location we went back and of course they forgot something I did call and we are going back. We tired to go back in the evening and they closed at 7:30 when it says they are open until midnight. I am super annoyed by Arby's and how they handle themselves!

(It's a hit or miss unfortunately. The chicken is sometimes dry and cold. The fries are also sometimes cold. We did get a make it right coupon but we went to the one in cottage Grove instead of Hastings big mistake. Arby's in Hastings is a lot better than cottage Grove. When we go back we will update on...
