Milano's Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

I went in to get my pizza I had ordered on the phone I got there and the line was long. A whole family long. And the register guy kept walking off between every single person to get pizzas outta the oven. So I was waiting probably 30 mins to get to the register. I got my food and the people aren't exactly personable. Nor are they bad people. I got my food and went home. I live 15 mins from there. And the only things I really liked was the chocolate chip cookie which I feel a bit missed about I thought it was an actually cookie not a pizza especially from the images it showed online. The cheesy bread stick pizza was by far the best thing of it all. We got a chicken Alfredo pizza and a cheese pizza. I didn't try the cheese pizza but the kids loved it. Now the chicken Alfredo wasn't good. The chicken was dry as all get out. And it just was kinda bland to me. And my wife. Overall it was a so so experience but I recommend to probably just order ur pizza and eat there but for 2 pizzas the chocolate chip pizza and the bread sticks it was like 57 dollars. We ordered pizza from this place and the guy called me at 5:58 to tell me that my order was still sitting at the restaurant because a door dash driver hasn’t shown up yet I told the guy I’m going to come get my own order since a driver hasn’t shown up I get to the restaurant to pick up my order and the guy informed me that the driver just left with my order so I don’t know why people don’t think about things when you tell them that you will come pick up your order and still let the delivery driver leave with my order the order was supposed to be delivered to my house between 5:25-5:45 which never happened it was almost 6 o’clock by the time we got our food and the pizza was cold. The guy at the counter was lucky I didn’t tell him a few choice words

How do you have employees that don’t know the phone number of the business they work for? Especially when you take take out orders. None of the employees could tell me what the number was. I wanted to make I had the right number in my phone cause when I called to make an order no one answered. I didn’t want to have to wait for my food. Turns I had the right number they just weren’t answering. I was told that was per the manager. So if you call and they don’t answer is cause they don’t want you business.
