Starbucks — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

This the first time I ever had an issue at Starbucks …. I’m a true Starbucks customer I work early mornings and most workers know my name when I come to get my coffee because I always place mobile orders. I placed my order at least 8-10 minutes before I arrived to the store it was 3 cars in drive through . I went inside to grab my coffee it wasn’t there… so after 5 minutes I stood up ask “why was the drive thru prioritize before mobile orders that was placed first …the Shift Leader was rude and I believe she gave me the wrong name “Ramoniano” she was short heavy set with dark hair and a few piercings … I asked her why my order took so long when I placed my mobile order she said Drive thru comes first I said even with a mobile order … she slammed my coffee down and told me to have a good day as I was walking out she mumble something else I turned around and ask her what she said she yell back “ you heard me “ I stood there and said “no I didn’t “ then she perceives to say “have a nice day” … the customer service from that manager and her attitude in front of her employees is not acceptable or professional. Corporate will be contacted … that’s my favorite Starbucks and she will not deter me from...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I waited in line for 15 minutes Monday December 20th. Once I made it to the front of the line the cashier just ran off without saying anything. I waited another 5 minutes for her to come back and she never did!!! When I asked the girl at Pizza Hut she stated that the lady hadn't left for the day!!! Once the other cashier finally came she also had a bad attitude. I asked her for the manager and she stated the the manager wasn't in and if I wanted to talk to someone I would have to find them myself. Extremely rude employee . Waited longer than I should have for what I ordered. The order was supposed to have extra topping, so I told her & she had an attitude telling me it was right but stated “ do you want me to fix it ?” ummmmm YESSSS . She fixed it but intentionally put alot more toppings than I asked for & had a whole attitude. Slid the order to me very rudely & made a slick remark to her coworker as I walked out .
