They always leave something off the orders no matter what the time or day. Food is good but they leave out simple stuff like utensils or sauces and a lot of the time even the meals get left out. Staff here are terrible and lazy with rude attitudes. If it was me I'd fire all the staff and hire adults instead of all the kids that run this place. The wait is way longer than necessary. I was told they didn't ring something up cause they didn't give me the item, but then I seen on my ticket they did charge me but didn't give me the item I purchased. After not getting the item I purchased I was told to get the item that I purchased I would have to get back into the line in order to get it. This particular time the item was a drink that would have taken 2 seconds to make but insisted on making me wait another 35-45 minutes in order to get it. The experiences I have at this place is a huge waste of time and money. When they are constantly taking my money and not giving the things I pay for much less the simple stuff that your meal is supposed to come with. Don't go to this establishment save your money and self from headaches dealing with these children. If this establishment improves on their many issues I will change this review but at the moment this is reality and my honest opinion. I only give one star cause the food is good but way too expensive for me to have to deal with all the issues. Read moreI normally go to the hardy street location but was on my way to Columbia when I stopped by. My order was specific as I have family members with allergy issues. Since I typically don’t have issues it didn’t dawn on me to check my order until I was almost in Bellevue, and the order was wrong. I drove back up to the OG location and let them know the issues. When I got to the window, to my surprise I was asked to pay $21 and some change, which wouldn’t have been an issue if my order wasn’t wrong in the first place. In dismay, I politely asked why I was being charged for additional sandwiches as it wasn’t my fault as I specified the changes when I ordered initially and they were not made. I was given a general statement of “because the general manager said so” so I stated that’s odd because I have both sandwiches right here and provided them to the man at the window.

Read moreRecently remodeled but while they were closed they didn’t bother to clean the kitchen. The kitchen ceiling is caked with grease and dust. There’s a light fixture directly above the new menu that’s filled with mildew or mold. It’s disgusting. (And the broadway drive location has so much grease on the floor you will slide to the counter.) I cringe to think what the vent hoods must look like. Then there’s the service. No one there seems to realize they are at work, and they move around like they’re under hypnosis. Waiting forever used to be mitigated by the fact that the burgers were excellent, but unfortunately the quality of the food has suffered severely. They used to have some creative burgers that set them apart from other “fast food,” but they removed those from the menu. The past few times I’ve been for lunch the burgers are overcooked and dry. Their breakfast is OK, when they get your order right, but don’t go if you’re hungry. Go about ten to fifteen minutes before you think you’ll be hungry.
