Holy moly! I did not know there was an Arby's anywhere near me. We were at the Pearlridge Center shopping center (Aiea mall) and when I saw it, I beelined in! I went for the old classic, the beef and cheddar with the curly fries and a soda. It was fresh, perfect, just like I remember in all the best ways. Everything came out hot and fresh. They have plenty of areas to dine in with booth options and they have plenty of booster chairs if you need those as well. They have the refillable drink fountain. I haven't seen one of those in forever! So endless soda... lol... the parking is super easy. It was a busy Saturday and there was plenty of space for free in the first level of the parking garage that leads you into Macy's when you go across the crosswalk. It's a great mall to visit in general. It reminded me a lot of the nice mainland malls that weren't too huge to handle for normal shopping, and they had your regular brand stores; not all that Gucci tourist trap stuff...
Read moreThe food was great, the curly fries were crispy, fresh, and hot. Majority of the time, that’s the only thing I come here for. Today however, I walk up to the register. The worker Camille is at the front next to the register. I assumed she would take my order. No, she just kept placing stickers on the bags. I stood there for a while, occasionally looking at her, and around her wondering if i’m in the right place to order because she didn’t greet me or say anything to me even though she saw me. Finally after two minutes she looks up at me and asks if i was trying to pick up an order. Overall just didn’t seem like she was interested in taking my order. Pretty weird experience and weird customer service from someone who is...
Read moreMy son picked up an order from Pearlridge Mall today. When he got home, his sandwich was missing from the sack. It was too far for him to drive back to the mall. He had ordered a double beef and cheese sandwich (the rest of the order was chicken bacon Swiss, a Reuben, and fries). Despite generally good reviews, my son was cheated out of his meal, because whoever filled the order obviously did not double check the order. This is what I will share with your corporate office. Even if your store was busy, it would be a good idea for the counter clerk to repeat the order or show the order to the customer who is taking an...
