Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Hawaii

Just went into this cold stone sept 25 2021. I’ve never left a bad review but wanted to bring attention to the 2 young girls working this evening. They could be new but proper sanitation should be a must ALWAYS: From your first day to your last day. The girl had NO gloves on going in scooping our desserts, grabs my card same dirty hands then gets started on the second dessert still same gross hands. Hands me my card back with ice cream and peanut butter all over it i still paid and still tipped because you are still working BUT.. please note cleanliness should a priority. There was no line, no one else in there besides my family. My boyfriend was so grossed out he said never mind on his ice cream and we left after paying and my shake went straight to the trash. I question the refrigeration at this location the ice cream was too soft(served slightly melted already) & my little boy complained of tummy issues right after eating his ice cream. I didn't care for the fact of cross contamination, I wanted a vanilla flavor that clearly had a obvious smear in the ice cream bin w the only blue ice cream (cotton candy) in it due to cross use of scooping w same spoon & not rinsing between scoops. Never had any issues at other Cold Stone locations. Not enough staff, one person behind counter took 30+ mins to order with only 2 people in line. Wanted to try their shaved ice option but gal said their 2 machines were down & she didn't know how to operate it. Not to mention I didn't appreciate being over charged for addt'l mix-ins...

luckily our ice creams were tasty and the young girl that served us was pleasant, but when we finished eating I noticed the young girls mom who had picked her up had come and parked beside our car from 5 spots over and as we approached she insisted we hit her car and was pointing to a dent that was invisible to us, I knew this was a scam since when we exited the car we were beside a green toyota pickup and when we came back her white car was parked there instead and we had not gone back to the car since exiting and getting our ice cream - just a heads up to look for any similar...
