L&L Hawaiian Barbecue — Restaurant in Maui

Stopped in to grab a bite and settled on the Seafood Combination Plate. It comes with a few pieces of shrimp, fried mahi mahi, and a choice of a bbq item. I got the short ribs which were ok. The fried mahi mahi was edible but for $17 you cant beat the amount of food you get especially in Maui. All plates also come with a side of rice and macaroni salad. Not sure if it's just me but I've noticed the Hawaiian style macaroni salad is always bland. I've tried this from several different businesses and the lack of flavor is consistent with this style of side dish. Nevertheless, food was pretty good, service was fast, staff was friendly and able to answer questions and give recommendations. This is closer to 3.5 than a 4. Good value and price but falls short in terms of quality. We ordered a mixed plate combo with fried shrimp, fried Mahi Mahi and BBQ chicken. For $15, you get a massive amount of food that could feasibly feed two people. That is to say - 5-6 fried shrimps, two pieces of Mahi Mahi and 2-3 chicken thighs, 2 mounds of rice, mac salad and coleslaw. I just went to the restaurant this morning to get breakfast. Numerous signs said we must wear a mask to enter and be served. I went in and two employees were in front talking and laughing without masks. I asked them why they were not wearing a mask when we have to, one employee said she was cleaning the other employee said he was working in the office. We are all trying to support our local restaurants and businesses and I felt that they did not care about their customers enough to wear masks. I walked out and I...
