Property Manager should be fired and prosecuted. He parked his motorcycle behind my fiancee car making her late for work. Because he wanted to have a meeting with her. He parked 3 of his vehicles on our side of the development. He waited until she and her old roommate went to work and parked in 2 stalls she had used for over 10 years. He said he would move them after she had a meeting with him He withheld pool keys from her she had been requesting for months until she had a meeting with him. He took her laundry from laundry room twice. One time after she made several requests begging for her clothes, he didn't return it for 2 1/2 weeks moldy and ruined. He had her fiancees car towed saying it was abandoned, then wouldn't tell either him or her who towed it until it had already been disposed of. The car was a $16,000 2014 Ford Mustang with $4000 in performance parts. He took her brand new generator saying he thought it was stolen and he would return it after the police investigation determined it wasn't. After 2 1/2 weeks they made her go down to the office to pick it up. It was no longer new, they had put gas in it and ran it. He threatened to call the police several times, and have her boyfriend charged with trespassing, even though he knew he lived there. The management Company keeps illegally taking money from her account and applying it towards unwarranted fines and attorney fees. No invoices, no paperwork at all. They just keep talking money and giving it to their attorney. The misalocating of funds and conversion here is unprecedented. The attorney just sends out letters with babble that doesn't make any sense. They try using big words and quote laws that have nothing to do with anything. They just cut and paste whatever they...
Read moreThe Kihei Garden Estates is a nice, friendly and tranquil complex of apartments and condos. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment #A202 located on the 1st floor. The design of the apartment is OK for two adult families (4 adults). There are two double queen size beds and a sofa in the living room. The terase is large enough and has a nice view to the pool and garden area. The pool was never crowded and we used it 2-3 times late in the evening. For buildings A,B,C there is not a dedicated parking area. You should park your rented car on the street but we always found a free place nearby our apartment entrance. The only CONS for this apartment: there is air conditioning only in the leaving room which is ok only for the upper open spaced bedroom; the air conditioning machine has a timer command with a maximum of 60 minutes. Consequently most of the night the iar conditioning is stopped; the complex policy is with a check-out no later than 10 AM which is much to early taking into consideration that almost all returning flights to mainland US or Canada are late in...
Read moreThe manager of the condos is wonderful, lovely guy, very helpful. The beach is literally across the Rd so the location is also good but can't say anything else positive about this place. Trees being cut down, leaf blowers every morning, eventhough it was windy outside. I've never seen soo many rules to stay anywhere, which made it even more not fun. We were staying in B104 and the rules were extreme! Unless you love a load of pointless rules then this might not be the place for you. All around the pool there are more rules, first of which is no Marco polo. Funny because at the end of the long list, if you want to have any fun you should try the beach but all the signs around the grounds say that it's very dangerous! I'd go back to maui but I definitely wouldn't...
