Subway — Restaurant in Hawaii

Discrimination should not be allowed! In my opinion employee Apryl should be Fired for discriminating against a 78 year old deaf lady. With in 20 seconds of dealing with my deaf friend who speaks loud so she can hear her self the Server Apryl refused to server her saying you cat yell at me. We explained she is deaf and is a little bit difficult to deal with Apryl said I don't care. 2nd employee Francis was awesome she took over and helped us all. After eating my friend wanted a chocolate chip cookie employee Apryl still would not serve her and said the deaf 78 year old lady needed to leave. My Tact could have been better when telling Apryl that she should be Fired because Apryl called the Police on us. Police report and all I'm calling the store owner and Subway franchise office to make a formal complaint. Discrimination should not be allowed! The only reason why we ended up here was because a neighboring eatery was closed on Labor Day. It must've been a sign to keep me on track to limit my red meat intake as I was craving a hamburger steak lol!

ATMOSPHERE: This shop is located in the Piilani Village Shopping Center. There's a few seats inside along with communal outdoor ones.

FOOD: Subway Club My usual go-to sandwich was a bit funky here. The Italian bread was crumbly all the way through, possible due to being old I'm guessing. So unappetizing! I don't normally write reviews but I feel this Subway needs it. The place was operating in slow motion. The kid there didn't know what he was doing at all. All the chicken in my sandwich was place right in the middle in a pile, tried to put it in the toaster before putting cheese on it, and didn't seem to know the menu at all. It must've been his first day so I can understand some of that. I'm mainly in awe that his two other co workers weren't helping him at all while he was screwing up not only my sandwich, but my friends, and EVERYONE's sandwiches.
