Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Hawaii

On 7/9-2018 at 12:30 pm I stopped by the Kakala Bluv. store to purchase a root beer float. At the time there were 2 other customers in the store that have already order. The counter person did not acknowledge me while I standing at the counter to order. She served the 2 customer their orders of 1- float 1- ice water. Still she did not acknowledge me or make eye contact. After serving the 2 customers the phone rang and she answered it while I'm still waiting at the order counter. After making no effort to say "I'll be right with you" or putting the phone on hold I left the store and a good chance I will...

While visiting muggy, muggy, sticky, and did I mention muggy Kona, I was thrilled to see a DQ. Like a mirage in the lava rock desert, there she was!

They're located in the Kona Commons, a newer mall between Kona Airport and Kailua Kona town. The store was clean, and service was friendly and fast.

DESSERT: Oreo Waffle Cone Blizzard Mmm, mmm, mmm good and so much better in a creamy, crunchy waffle cone! Clean and very easy to eat because it came in a plastic holder.

OVERALL: I wish DQ would open...

Doesn’t taste that good and they barely put any whipped cream. Even if u nicely ask for more they won’t put more. Bad customer service. Edit to respond to owner: this happened at 5:20 i beleive (i posted this review right after getting the milkshake). It was "Bob"'s order, we got 6 milkshakes and the worker wouldnt even give one of us a little more...
