Island Corner Cafe Corp — Restaurant in Hawaii

We were sooo excited to try this cafe but were unfortunately let down. My husband had a piece of hair in his bread. The veggies in his burrito were not cooked. There was something hard he bit down on in his burrito too. The salsa serving was skimpy.

I got the breakfast croissant with Portuguese sausage which was super yummy! I only had wished there was ketchup available.

We also were disappointed there were no donuts? Maybe we were looking in the wrong place but we picked this restaurant based off of the pictures we saw online and we saw donuts so we were disappointed:( we ended up getting pumpkin bread and blueberry coffee cake, both we didn’t finish because they just were not good.

Staff was lovely though! She was very sweet and did a great job at serving a very busy cafe. Just wish certain things went...

The people here were super nice, food/drinks came out quite fast, and my wife’s latte was good. Unfortunately, the sandwiches we got were pretty poor and neither of us could finish them. The vegetables were slimy/wilted in the Naked Veggie sandwich and the Zeus. The Zeus had no sign of being grilled/warmed and the focaccia was stale, it fell apart in my hands every time I tried to take a bite, in the end about half of the bread was left crumbled in the container. The chips in the boxes were not crispy but that could’ve been the moisture from the sandwiches combined with the foil lined boxes. Today on Feb 24, 2022 I stopped by and was going to use restroom, which is a community bathroom for the whole shopping ctr. but you need a code. The workers from Island Corner Café was very rude and sassy. Starting with the guy working vaping right next to the bathroom door., when he refused this code I went in to the counter and asked the girl and she also refused, even though I explained I just got out of the hospital from having surgery and was in a lot of pain. She only smirked. I ended up walking doors down to L&L and they gave me the code with a smile. I will not be going back to Island Corner Café and I will be telling everyone just how rude they are.
