Got a free reward but went there to find out they could not give it and told me to go keahou to get it from the 2nd store. If I was the owner and this was my business I would honor it because it was text on my phone Free reward for buying from them. I even buy more that same day they turned down my reward so I guess I should of cancel my order and take business elsewhere but I had told my kids I would get them something because I was getting my reward so it’s not free with gas prices going up to drive keahou when I live by airport that’s like 10$ gas so not worth the free ice shave I just don’t get how they could do that and not worry this would do good for business I’ll get boba from another place it’s not like they are the only store they must be doing good to run a second store but they just lost my business after this.i think allot of business are running like this but why maybe they not happy so we got to take the bad service and be ok with it. Had to wait 20 minutes to even order and there were only 2 people in front of me. Also this isn’t bubble TEA it’s a smoothie. I wish this was advertised as it’s sold cause I wanted tea. They have a separate smoothie menu from their bubble tea so I don’t see a difference other than the separate menus. As someone from out of town it would have been nice to know they try to make this their own style by making it a smoothie. I ordered a Thai tea and turning it into a smoothie messes up the flavor as well. Had to search all over in hopes of finding a place that sells decent bubble tea, and it looks like I’ll just...

If you aren’t getting ice cream and condensed milk with your shave ice, you’re wrong. I highly recommend the cinnamon flavor. I know it doesn’t sound great but if you like cinnamon things, you won’t be disappointed. The grape was my second flavor and it’s always my go to until finding cinnamon. My wife got cotton candy and loved it. Customer service was great. And watch your feet. There were three Madagascar geckos running around on the ground. Once you get your shave ice, sit down and watch them. Will definitely go back before...
