Drove thru the drive thru window. Upon reaching the window, the worker proceeded to hand the debit card reader for me to pay, however, it did not reach out the window but a half foot and said (sorry, it does not reach further). However, due to being a car, and lower than the window, I could not reach the reader, and would have to open my door and get out of my vehicle to just to pay for the items.
I have been through the drive thru window multiple times and this is the first time where a worker did not take my debit card to pay for the product. I have been to the location on few occasions where I have walked up to the window, but they would not serve customers at the window, so I would go through the drive thru.
But now, you want us to go through the drive thru, and still get out of our vehicle to put our own debit card into the reader due to a worker not making any attempts to take the debit to pay for said items. Even when the worker observed that I had to open my door and stand up just to pay for the items, the worker still did not make any attempts to offer assistance to take the debit card so the items could be paid for.
Suggestion: Workers at night always seemed to take debit card and are more than helpful. Would suggest your morning shift to take the debit card from customers so they can pay for the items, it not, then open the walk-up window (which seems to always be close).
If a worker does not want to take the debit card for sanitary reasons, then I would encourage that you put the right people in the right place to where they are more than helpful to take care of...

The next day I ordered the same thing but this time I got it delivered by UberEats & added a Medium Peanut Butter mood with extra peanut butter, delivery was made but order wasn’t what I asked for. On the delivery app I had made a special request to Add extra ice to my orange dream and extra peanut butter in my peanut butter mood and it wasn’t made that way. The orange dream was watery like not enough orange flavor but yet there wasn’t any extra ice to water it down. Same with my peanut butter mood it didn’t have the extra peanut butter and it didn’t taste like chocolate or peanut butter was in it, it was like watered down chocolate milk. So I have called Kapolei store and had let them know and I wanted a remake. Next day afternoon I went through the drive thru & it seemed rushed but remind you there wasn’t a line in the drive thru as I was the only one and no line inside. They had asked me to park & wait. Crew member came out brought me my remade order and I drove off. As I tried to drink from it, it was thick like they add more stuff and it was in a large cup stuffed. It wasn’t good like they tried too hard to make it better but I wasn’t in the mood to go back and return it. I just wished they just made it like it should be like the recipe & just added more ice & peanut butter but it was like they doubled the recipe & it didn’t taste good & it wasn’t enjoyable when I had to let it sit and melt down to suck it...

So we walked up and the window is closed. There is no sign or anything and there is a tip jar so I would think it is for take out. Anyway we stood there for 5 minutes and the worker came by to drop off the drive through order but didn't look at us.
Whatever. If you're gonna close the walk up make a sign for crying out loud. When you see a customer take the 10 seconds to say "sorry, carryout window is closed" or just say there is...
