Having been to so many Chuck E. Cheese places as a kid myself and then now as a parent, I will say this is above and beyond the nicest one I've ever seen. The salad bar is beyond tidy, clean, organized, very well stocked. The salad bar is a tad expensive, but what in Hawaii isn't? This is the only one that I've seen where the salad bar isn't a buffet style, but the large plate they give you is easy to pile up on like a mountain haha. The staff here is very friendly and keeps this place very clean. Mr. Cheese and his friends were out almost the entire time we were there dancing, playing with the kids, and even engaging the adults - really making this a great family experience. There is a brand new Adventure Zone with a trampoline and slides for an add on fee that our daughter loved. Typically in these places the arcade games are run down or half of them are out of service; not at this place! The games were all working and these were newer big name games too. We will surely be back and I just want to say thank you to the staff for making this place a top notch place for families. Oh they offer Military packages too!

Chuck-E-Cheese has been around forever. I remember jumping in a huge ball bin at Texas when I was only a kid and I'm 40 something now. I think as long as the place is well-maintained, the games are functional, and the bathrooms and eating areas are clean you can't go wrong with Chuck-E-Cheese. This is a brand-new establishment here in Kapolei and I think whoever brought it here with a genius. This place has been packed since it opened. I will say it, don't try and come on the weekends, come during the week days if you can manage it. Otherwise you will be overwhelmed with the amount of people and children here. The pizza has gotten better and to be honest, you can't beat their salad bar. I think that's the real winner here. That and the fact that you can just let your kids go free and play without having to worry about them getting kidnapped. But for the really young ones though I do recommend parents stay with them because sometimes some of the other kids can be a little bit aggressive. Fun place to go though.

I had my daughter’s 5th birthday party here. She had a blast! Customer service is terrific. I couldn’t have made the party any easier. All I had to do was bring her cake, candles, and goody bags for her friends that showed up. They sing, let her in the ticket booth, and they even cut the cake and hand them out for you too! Servers are attentive, friendly, and quick. They recently changed over from paper tickets (win from games and machines) to electronic tickets that automatically get “uploaded” to your card. The idea is great but I’m pretty sure I was shorted over 1000 tickets. I know I won over 1000 tickets on one game but when I went to cash out with my daughter they said we only had about 500 tickets. At the end of the day it’s not that big of a deal to me but my daughter was definitely disappointed. I just they work out the kinks with their new system.

Celebrated my daughter's 3rd bday party here today during lunch time. They just opened recently so the place was fairly empty. IT IS NICE.

Parking is fairly large enough to accomodate everyone. If it gets full, they may have issues as the area isn't exactly the most available for parking (unless you park in the other parking lots which the other stores may complain about)

The waiting area at the entrance is large with lots of seating. Families waiting for a table will be comfortable here.

The party area can fit probably 150 people. The stage floor is covered in LEDs which reacts to steps by making "ripples". There's also a giant screen behind the stage.

Everything else is the same as most locations, prizes, food, etc.

We got the party package that's above hte lowest one, so it was $15.99 per person. It may be because we were the only party there and the place was empty, but the staff was AMAZING and catered to our every need. Manager Allison (?) and server Queen were wonderful. Staff members were all smiling, happy, and were enthusiastic during the perfomances. Some games malfunctioned and were not spitting out any tickets. Told a staff member, and they were immediately on it and fixed it. Staff and service gets 100 stars out of 5 for sure.

We'll see how the service is when the place is packed. Hopefully they maintain the excellent service.

The gaming area is fairly big and spaced out. Much more space than the Pearl City location where it can feel cramped.

The only negative thing I can think of is the Carousel. There are 3 horses. In other words, only older kids that are able to safely sit on one can ride. There's no car/sleigh type where a younger baby can sit in and be strapped.

Also a very minor negative is that the only character there was Chuck E. Can't blame them since business is still slow and wouldn't make sense to have that...

Awesome place for a 6-yr old Birthday party. We had 13 kids in our party plus their adults and everyone had an absolute blast. The games and play equipment were all in great condition except for the ticket eaters (half weren't working). For our party, all we had to do was show up and hand over our credit card at the end 😆 The pizza was surprisingly delicious and the kids loved the dipndots. And the goodie bags were seriously awesome!! They had a nice timeline recommended that they walked us through when we arrived and stuck to it. They also cut the cake we brought and helped us serve all of our guests. Totally the easy button on an epic party for young kids.

This is 4 not 5 stars because communication beforehand would have been really nice. They spelled our birthday kids name wrong which wasn't that big of a deal but could have been avoided (our guests were asking us if they'd been spelling their name wrong all this time haha!) And walking through the timeline upon arrival as guests were arriving was a little overwhelming. It would be a 5-star experience if a staff member coordinated ahead of time to get spelling right, tell you what to bring (including candles for the cake - they were kind and found some for us but it turned out it really was supposed to be on us), take your kid pizza order and any other food you already know ahead of time, and help you to know what the timeline would be. Still, highly...
