COVID19 UPDATE: self serve toppings are closed until further notice. You can still order it and a staff member will add it for you.
TL;DR: Cute presentation but average bubble tea, smoothies are better. GET THE TURTLE CHIPS. Boba is good and drink prices are pretty reasonable! The convenience store snack prices are extremely reasonable!
FYI: There is signage stating that the Boba is made fresh daily and can take up to an hour -- good things come to those who wait! The boba is very tender with a slight chew -- the best kind!
Parking: private lot.
Atmosphere: it's a mini convenience store for light snacks, sweets, and of course boba tea!
Menu: posted on the exterior windows, on the back wall behind the register, and in case you missed it, right in front of you when you order!
Service: I recommend grabbing the snacks you want first and paying for them and your drink at the same time. There is minimal wait time for your drink -- they are fast! When you order, you can customize sweetness level and ice level -- the fruit teas tend to be sweeter than the smoothies.
The Fruit Teas and slush are average in my opinion. If you get something here, go wild and get something you wouldn't normally find at any other bubble tea joint.
The smoothies here are pretty dang good. I recommend the Tiger Milk Smoothie!
You can get a "Thai Wall" added to your drink for an additional charge. It is a layer of condensed milk added to line the inner walls of your drink cup.
Turtle Chips: Oh my god. I have found a new favorite snack! There's a reason they are at the front of the store. I love the flavor of these chips and they taste exactly like seasoned sweet corn but in chip form! I bought one bag to try and then went back in and bought 3 more! The chocolate churro flavor isn't...

While we still enjoy the low prices for Asian snacks, their selection is t much better than the local Walmart. I feel as though their selection used to have a bit more things besides chips and li hing gummies.
Still, I enjoy this place as an every once in a while treat. But there are several other treat places that I would choose over this place.
I’ve been meaning to try out this place for the last year or so. I started reading what my fellow Yelpers were saying and made a decision to check it out. WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?! I think I have been here a million times since I first tried it out. I have filled out 2 of their stamp cards and I’m almost done with the 3rd. This place is addicting!
I love how I can choose to put whatever I want and however much I want of the “fillings”. You just have to make sure that you do not go over the 1st line, but in my opinion when you fill up to the 1 line it’s already a lot.
My favorite combos so far are: -lychee in the lihing smoothie -taro and lychee in the taro coconut smoothie -coffee jelly and Oreo in the mocha smoothie
I’ve also tried the honeydew smoothie which tastes just like melona bars, the pineapple smoothie, and fresh lemonades. All were very tasty.
I will DEFINITELY be back. Its always a nice treat on a hot day, or a good treat after the little ones are good at Costco, or good because just because you...

I'm glad it was, though, because it was a steal! $6 for a giant cup, and the topping bar offered so much, plus it was free (because we stayed under the first line). The only thing is that I was so excited that I forgot to ask for 50% sugar, and our eyes were bigger than our stomachs. A well-deserved 4.7 stars! Visit #2: We came back just for a cup of tea from here. I wanted the lavender milk tea but I wanted to drink a smoothie, so I asked if they could make a lavender tea smoothie. They did so without a problem (thanks again, guys!) and I can't see why it's not more popular. The lavender milk tea is delicious! Visit #6: The lychee smoothie tastes like they use canned lychee, which I like. I seldom order it myself but always steal sips from family members who do. Visit #9: Do not order any smoothie with the strawberry flavor. It tastes unpleasant and artificial. Visit #15: Neither the Signature nor the Thai teas are good by themselves, but the Tiger tea is a combination of both and it's great. Visit #24: If you don't know what to get, Ube Monster with tapioca pearls, grass jelly, brown sugar jelly, and/or aloe. Visit #37: The cup size has gone from huge to comparable to other boba places. Sometimes they'll make a milk tea into a smoothie, while other times they won't. Inconsistent and depends on who's serving. (I've actually lost count of how many times I've been since Visit 1. The numbers have no basis...
