Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Hawaii

I love Jersey Mikes. Their sandwiches just have this taste that's so addicting. However, this location just has terrible service. I've recently order a giant club with double meat and a regular BLT with extra bacon and avocado. Both sandwiches were missing the added items. Had my wife call the store and spoke to a manager Joy. She told her next visit, she'll give us 2 free combos. Wife returned the next day to pick up the sandwiches. She told me she had to pay $6. Later I found out that my combos were NOT free. The cashier ended up using my points to cover the cost and what ever my points didn't cover, we paid in cash.... $6. We called and spoke to another manager (Joy wasn't in) and all he said was sorry and he'll relay the message to Joy. Its been 3 days now and still nothing. I got...

I ordered on the phone for pick up. Was told would be ready in 10 minutes. Got there in 15 minutes. Went to the cashier, gave my name and he gave me someone else’s order which was 1/2 sandwich😐 I ordered a giant #17 with extra meat, provolone cheese and Mayo.I could feel that It wasn’t wrapped tightly. I asked the cashier if they could wrap each half separately. He said sure, took the sandwich and returned it in the bag. I just got home. 1.The sandwich not only Wasn’t wrapped separately but the whole thing almost landed on the floor as it was just shoved in the bag, but it WAS now cut into 4 pieces!! NO Mayo! NO extra meat!! American Cheese, NOT provolone! VERY DISAPPOINTED , this used to be a great place to get a good sub, not any more! might try...

Great customer service! After ordering and paying for our sub, we were told they were out of bacon and the mgr was out to get more, but not sure how long that'll take - so we were allowed to get two smaller subs instead of the one big one my son and I planned to share.

Cons: watched one of the cooks pick up something she dropped on the floor, throw it away, and continue cooking without changing gloves/washing hands.

my request for "Mike's way" was forgotten in the mess of having to fix our order so I didn't get my lettuce, tomato, etc.

Overall, not really worth the $20+ for one meal and a brownie. Happy about the 15% tip left as the boys working were very courteous...
