Subs are awesome but don't bother ordering through the Jersey Mike's app that they're pushing so hard. Let's say it's 1pm, you order on the app, pay, and they tell you to come pick it up at 1:45pm. No worries, worth the wait. HOWEVER, when you get there you have to stand in the back of the regular line like everyone who has not ordered or paid yet. Could be two people could be twelve. Even though your order is already ready and bagged up and paid for behind the counter. So you get to wait twice, once for your scheduled time to come up, and another when you get in line at the store. Completely defeats the point of ordering from the app. Also the app was stressing how Covid friendly their pickup procedure is. What a joke. PS: if you type anything into the Special Requests box they will not see it. Happened to me three times in a row. I respect all the JM staff working hard and being polite. It's not them. This is a management/ownership/lack of planning issue. Thanks!
