BEST PIZZA I'VE EVER HAD!!!! Seriously though. The pizza, the beautiful scenery, the service, the surrounding good vibes, all played a role in making this THE BEST PIZZA EVER!

The pizza dough was delicious. The texture was a perfect balance of being light, fluffy, chewy and crunchy which really made eating each slice honestly quite a lot of fun.

The toppings were ample but not over loaded(as a fellow pizza aficionado complemented them on while I was eating).

I ordered the pepperoni and the bianca as were both recommended by the owner as his favorites.

Had a slice of The bianca(Black Garlic Truffle White Sauce, Kunana Dairy Chèvre, Parmesan, Mushrooms, Carmelized Onions, Spicy Baby Arugula), top notch!

Then had a slice of the pepperoni(as simple as is, the owner said was his #1 go to) and immediately fell in love. The pepperoni had my favorite little type of pepperoni that cups up when crisps up when cooked that reminded me of a favorite pizza place I used to eat as a kiddo.

Honestly thought I would have a couple slices of each and bring the rest home for left overs.. but was so good I just sat and enjoyed the whole experience while the pizzas were hot and fresh..and the sun was going down over the surrounding trees blowing in the breeze..til I couldn't possibly eat any more(ate a ridiculous amount of pizza, I won't say how many slices but I will say it was a ridiculous amount lol).

Think the owner was impressed how much of the pizzas I ate. I gave him this exact review and promised would spread the word on the Internet, which I rarely ever do.

This little food truck/ airstream is to die for. We had the kalua pork breakfast burrito smothered in mole sauce. It is easily the best food we have had on our trip so far. Without exaggerating, it is phenomenal. Jesse and Chef are so friendly and made our experience that much better. They let us know that they’re serving pizzas on Fridays and Saturdays. We will be coming back for a pizza. If you’re in the area, this is a must stop.

Update: we came back for the pizza. It did not disappoint. It was delicious. We had the marg pizza and we devoured it. I will miss this place. If I ever make my way back to Kauai, this will be...

Absolutely the best pizza in the area! The texture and taste of the Neapolitan style dough is pure! Light crispiness and well aged flavor. The crust is superior and rivals pizzeria Bianco, Piccolo Bucco and Lamp pizza. Top 20 pizza places in the US Mainland.
