Not special need friendly. I came with my niece and nephew for his birthday. My nephew is a special needs kid and getting him out to do things is almost impossible. If my niece wasn't there he wouldn't have got out the house. We got there at about 10:10am. Waited in line for 10 minutes because tourists in front are fussy about the covid questionnaire and wait times. After checking in, our wait time was 45 minutes. 10 minutes into the wait and the kids were getting hungry. The lady selling the the snacks wasn't there manning the bar so I had to order a $20 Arepa for them to share. Later, I asked the woman at the bar for our clubs to let the kids do something while we waited and the woman said no. Waited 45 minutes and walked out. Its really a fun place and I recommend it to clients all the time. Just be kind to the rare plants and be sure to sign in when you go for a walk. Also, a big thumbs up to: Alvin "Bino" Castello, he takes care of the gardens. The man has one of the best smiles you will ever see. Enjoy and Tread...
