I placed a mobile order. When I arrived, I didn't see my order on the board. I asked the manager why my order wasn't showing. He proceeds to tell me that my payment didn't go through. He made me pay again. I looked on my bank statement and he told me that both charges would not go through. He assured me. He then tells me to go to the app and call if it did go through. Both charges went through as I told him they would. I called the app... Waited on the phone for an hour .. they hung up. I recalled and waited another hour. They said they would refund my money. It has been seven days...no refund. I called them back and they processed it again. Still nothing! I called the restaurant and the manager said she would refund me. I show up and she hands me a cookie wrapper with cash in it. It was four dollars short. I called the app back. They stated that they were unable to process the rest of my refund. I had to go back to the restaurant. Do NOT come here! The manager is dishonest and cheats people out of money on purpose. Then Wendy's lies and passes the buck to prevent any refunds. I will never...
Read moreTerrible experience at 3:20 pm on July 31st 2025. Not acknowledged by staff who just ignored us. We placed an order for two Frosty’s at the kiosk and it took 25 minutes to get them. Employees were slow moving like zombies. We were the only Caucasian customers on the premises and it was clear that we were being ignored on purpose. Other customers were getting their orders before us to include those in the drive-thru. I had to ask for a status on our Frosty's and the one employee said they were "short-handed" which didn't explain why others were getting their orders before us. I had to ask a second time for our order before it was filled. I spoke briefly with the heavy-set female manager and explained that we were being ignored and all she said was, "Sorry about that" with no other comments. Our experience here was awful and it was clear we were being ignored because of our race. This place sucked!!! ...
Read moreWent to the drive thru on Mon August 08/11/25 @ 10:45pm just to order. 2 orders of 6pc nuggets w/bbq sauce and 1 order of baconator fries. So we go to pay for order the female employee w/red hair told us to park up front and our order will be right out. 30minutes later the same employee that took & rang our order up brought out our order. So we double check our order cause we always do and come to find out I was just missing the bbq sauce. The same employees the girl w/red hair was still outside So I figure asked if I could get the bbq sauce. Without saying anything " She looked at us "as if we was asking for to much and that we were somehow bothering her in a way. 1st of girly if you got it right the 1st time i wouldnt have to asked". But without saying anything she walks back slowly and she had us waiting another 10minutes just for sauce...SLOW, HORRIBLE, AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...NEVER...
