Wendy's — Restaurant in Hawaii

I was picking up a delivery at this location. I arrived at 8:54pm. They had a big sign in the windown saying that the dinning area closes at 10pm. The door was locked and i walked around to the side door and it was locked as well. I knocked on the door and i could see everyone working inside totally ignoring me. There was another customer who pulled up and wanted to come inside but they didn't answer so she drove away so they lost money. I had to go to the drive thru where the line was super long. Then I asked to speak to a manager & I was told that she could not talk because she lost her voice. So i said well send her to the window, she can listen. So the manager Jalynn comes and just stands & looks at me. I begin to tell her what happened and then she walks off. This place is totally unprofessional and I will not do business here. I'm usually not one to complain because I understand people and places have their bad days, however, I usually try avoid going to this Wendy's because I usually dont have very good experiences here. I only went here because I had to use the restroom and I thought I might as well get a coffee since I'm here. The bathroom had no toilet paper, the seat covers were crammed in the box so everytime I pulled one out it was destroyed. There was no garbage bag in the trash bin (not really my issue) but you could tell the bathroom had not been maintained yet this morning. I told the register and she didnt seem to acknowledge it, she seemed to hate her job, idk probably a bad morning, but the big thing is my coffee took almost 10 mins. There can be literally no one in line and there is still a wait. The customer service is trash, and they take forever. The produce is over ripe and they have casual condos while you wait in line. Who tf is the manager here. This location is trash and the staff don't give af. Do they even have a GM at this location? Or even a RM. I've never seen poor service like this. 2 in drive through, I reversed out of drive thought, went inside and and was told to wait....nobody in line....2 in drive through...location is empty...do better at prep.
