The store has good prices, good deals, always has unique items I love, but the workers have bad attitudes, the sercurity guard is rude unprofessional, talks disrespectful to customers I had a horrible experience yesterday, I have shop at this store for many years, never had any problems always enter happy & leave happy, but after what I experienced yesterday, I was so angry, humiliated, disrespected to the point, I don't know if I ever want to shop there again, imperial & crenshaw, they need to fire all workers, and put a new staff of workers who knows how to treat customers with respect, and appreciate having a job, because the ones there now think they can treat some customers horrible, and nothing will be done about it, it's so bad sometimes others has cursed the workers out, and wanted to fight them because of the workers unprofessional conduct towards certain people of culture, is nice as I can put it, but the store itself is a great store to shop I love general discount store merchandise, you will too, that is good lower prices than some...

The 99cent store, Big lots, family dollar, dollar general and now we have the general discount! I hope this place doesn't go out of business because I love coming here for household items at affordable prices. I love that plaza has a huge parking structure so people will always find parking at any time of the day. The customer service has been improving since the last couple of years but I don't blame them if the employees are hardened because of the theft that goes on in any discounted stores. I know some people have been complaining on the reviews that they don't like giving their bags to security but I understand the security procedures due to rising theft in discounted stores. The only way to combat theft is with safety guidelines and I am 100% on board if it means keeping the shop up and running smoothly for guests and employees.
