🚫NEVER COME HERE to expect a staff member to help put toilet paper and toilet seat in the mens bathroom stalls. Im a top member with planet fitness and came to NEEDING to use the bathroom ASAP! to come inside to check both mens bathroom stalls next to the sink are both super messy and gross and can easily tell it hasn't been touched in a long time or the whole staff shift because there is no toilet paper or backup toilet paper or even toilet seat covers on both stalls and I asked the tall kid staff working in the front desk saying what was needed and acknowledged me but never did anything the whole time and I noticed both staff doors are open and in a emergency I helped myself and stocked up the whole bathroom stall with toilet paper and toilet seat paper to handle my business!. If this was you in need to use the bathroom and cant hold it anymore and also have nothing to wipe yourself then would you get mad and make or seen or would you take care of the matter yourself???. Overall the mens whole locker room and bathroom and shower area and changing area is a super gross mess and wet everywhere with no wet signs where they need to be and stinks like if someone is sleeping in one of the changing stalls like a homeless smell or something horrible near the showers. Owners and manager need to take care of this major issue as soon as possible like TODAY!. poor staff management not taking care of customers and treating it like a game and not taking the job seriously!. Never coming here ever again and everyone else should do the same or speak up what needs to be taken care of at this location or use the review to speak up and use photos and videos as proof whats going on here. There is other people out here hungry for work that would do the job like I did and I dont work here but I stock up one stall in the mens restroom area for everyone. Retrain staff and put paper sign time sheets in different locations of the building areas for hourly checks for restrooms and whole building clean up and stock up on everything for all members to use when coming here. Read moreI cancelled my membership because I am moving and I only had the classic membership, which is limited to one location.
I spoke over the phone and they said that I had to come in or send them a certified letter with all kind of extra requirements. So, I came in and was eventually able to cancel. They said I would still be able to come in for another month since my card had just been charged the day before.
Since I'm moving, I didn't need that, so I asked for a refund. The representative (Daisy) told me that she could put in a request, but couldn't promise anything, and that it would take at least seven days to know. I find that to be an issue. She had just said that they realized my card had just been charged, so I had a full month of use. So, since I won't be using that at all, why wouldn't I be able to certainly get a refund?
I have already checked, and I cannot use check-in, so Daisy has already removed my access for the next month, so why is there still a question on my funds being refunded?
The customer service has been questionable since I signed up in 2020, and I've had to call several times for billing issues. This is another clear example of them valuing the fee over the customer. "No pressure," but maximum fees, apparently. Why are they hesitating over refunding a fee for services that will certainly not be rendered?

Read moreI’ve been a loyal member with planet fitness for many years. I feel like this is my place of donation contributions as I don’t get to go very often. My monthly payments are automatically deducted from my account. I have the black card membership at a specific location. I came here today while on the clock at work needing to use the restroom quickly. I do not have a physical card on my keychain as it’s broken off multiple times and I’ve replaced it 3-4 times over the year’s. These cards are poorly designed. I spent unnecessary time dealing with the staff on duty at roughly 4:00pm. My phone number doesn’t seem to work at this location. I had to call my assigned location to confirm my membership as active in order to have access to the most expensive restroom break I’ve ever taken. The woman on duty at this time was being rude and suggesting I use the restroom elsewhere as they could not pull up my account in their system. I refused to be denied access to something I’ve been paying for monthly and there seems to be a system error on planet fitness’s end. This was annoying as I’ve been paying consistently for my membership only to be denied access to a restroom let alone expected to engage in unprofessional negative inconsiderate behavior and energy from the staff on duty. This woman lacked the ability to be sympathetic towards my need to use the restroom. I ignored her attitude completely and refused to stoop to her level I do not exchange energy with people that are non factors in my life. With this being said I will be canceling this monthly donation because it’s not worth my time, energy, or $$$ anymore. To the higher ups at this location please advise the staff to be more professional as this may help in the long run towards clients and for better business....
