This used to be a top tier place to go in Hays. I'm not sure what happened. A party of three waited 50 minutes for three incorrect orders. All three orders were missing items. Bacon was burnt (have picture for reference if needed) or not delivered. Toast was not actually toasted. Breakfast potatoes were ordered with cheese, not delivered as such, and charged extra when cheesy potatoes were brought over. Eggs were not cooked correctly or not delivered at all. And all around, the food was less than average. There was a new cashier that should've had her work double checked before sending orders out and running up the tickets. There's a certain wiggle room allotted for a new cashier, but three incorrect food orders are not excusable considering the time that had elapsed. I'd recommend sticking to drinks and playing games at this establishment until a manager reviews what comes out of...
Read moreA lot went wrong during our visit. We had to sit outside due to the fact that we had too many people for a booth and the place was bumpin'. Also, our waitress, unsure of her name, had short hair, was very flustered. I would be flustered too if I had to serve so many people, but that is her job. She should not make the customers feel bad for wanting to be served. We asked for refills and she said "You can come inside and get them, I'm too busy serving tables" as if we were not a table to be served. She was extremely unpleasant. We weren't trying to be rude at all, I'm unsure of what her problem was. The other blonde haired lady with a ponytail and glasses was...
Read moreWe drove all the way from Idaho to eat here. Jk, just passing through. But truly everything was awesome. We were super delighted with the service, the food, and the atmosphere. We love cheese curds. We order them 9/10 opportunities. And these were 10/10. Hands down our favorite ever. We tried the spicy baja tacos, the chicken tacos, and the street Al pastor and carnitas tacos. The spicy Baja was my favorite and my husband couldn’t decide between the chicken with the boom boom sauce or the spicy Baja tacos. 10/10 would drive from Idaho to...
