Was passing by with a big group of people who waited for me in a car to get my drink and food. Ordered a coffee and two sandwiches to be warmed up. A person who took my order put sandwiches in toaster oven and went to serve next customer. When heating finished he took them out of the oven and just sat them on a counter because he didn't finish ringing a customer. I patiently waited watching sandwiches getting cold and covered by flies. There were quiet a few flies is a store probably because of an open drive-by service window. I drew attention of another staff who did not apologize and asked me what I wanted to do. I said I wanted new sandwiches, to which she smirked and said that in that case the staff who was busy ringing customers is supposed to "process exchange" before she heats new sandwiches for me...so I had to wait more...and after that she turned around and walked away. I waited a bit more and then loudly asked if someone in a store could help - I said I just want sandwiches and to leave because people are waiting for me outside. There were maybe 6 or 7 staff in total in a store. One customer besides me. One person asked what was wrong and proceeded to heat up new sandwiches with a look of complete disdain on her face. I thanked her twice while she was heating and wrapping sandwiches...after all she was helping unlike other staff. Not only did she not react to my remarks but continued to demonstrate strong contempt by demonstratively looking away and just shoving sandwiches to me and walking away. Summary: to get food I paid for I had to wait unnecessarily long because staff is not trained and store is not efficient working with clients, I was shown a lot of attitude when I asked for better service and I inconvenienced my friends waiting for me for half an hour instead of what was supposed to be a 5-7 min stop. Read moreThis location was pretty clean the cashier was friendly but if I lived here I would not return to this place again. We came inside and ordered, you could see car after car in the drive thru driving off with their orders. We waited quite a long time to receive our single coffee. As we waited another lady came in and approached the counter to ask something of the worker that was at the coffee machine just beyond the counter and he dismissed her saying he wasn’t working the counter just getting coffees and walked away without hearing what she was hoping to ask him. The next worker was much friendlier and talked to her while packaging an order acknowledging that she was human and a customer with a friendly demeanor even though she did seem a little annoyed after the first interaction.. We waited longer observing people arriving and leaving in the patio which looked like it had decent seating options. Inside one of the workers changed the trash can liner and immediately turned to the heated food opened the door to the warmer and took a food item out without washing their hands and even continued further touching drinks and orders still not washing their hands until the time I left which was probably almost ten minutes from watching her. That worker has reddish straight hair w a pale complexion and old flash art looking tattoos including a flower on her upper arm… While I do recognize this is a high traffic location I think the juggling between drive thru, mobile and in person orders should be looked at because I could see in person customers were the bottom priority. What really cemented this rating was the not washing hands because I could go through the drive thru and get faster service but that does not change the unwashed hands handling items I’m going to ingest. Read moreI wanted a Starbucks blonde cold brew double shot with almond milk, 1 scoop of vanilla powder, 2 pumps of classical syrup, 3 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup and whip cream. To make things easier I gave them my phone so it would be easier to read. I guess not because I didn’t even get close to that. They gave me a half full drink that wasn't even the right name. Good thing my cousin was there and was like this says jelly not Keller lithe might of spelled your name wrong and I was like oh haha then I looked and it was nothing that I ordered so the lady that was making the drinks was like what did you order and I told her the cold brew blonde double shot. She got that with the syrups but nothing else. I am happy that I got a drink my I’m not happy because it tastes burnt and gross so again I have waisted $4 which isn’t a lot but it’s annoying and this is the only time it has happened. You need to get better workers at the counter!!!!! Who ever worked there 4 months ago was perfect...
