Burger King — Restaurant in Hayward

Went here for one purpose while running errands. To get a cherry icee float. Asked to add vanilla ice cream to it a cherry icee, was immediately told “no we don’t do that”. I said so people aren’t allowed to add extra stuff to their food? Was told no we don’t I can ask my manager so I said ok but she just stood there staring at me until I said so…. Are you gonna ask or no? And then she said yeah no we can’t I said why can’t you just do it and charge me for both and at this point I was laughing cause it just seems so petty for no reason… then she goes so you can have both in a separate cup. I just said nope I’m good and left, I’ll never come back here. I’d rather drive further away to deal with more pleasant people. Mind you, there were 0 people in front of me and 0 behind me in a busy shopping center. Can’t imagine...

Really great customer service and cashiers. Clean place too, however... the drive through was super slow. It was only me and one other guy in his car, waiting for like 15 minutes on my order. Took like 20 minutes on a drive through- no exaggeration since I was trying to race the clock to a client.

I ended up not eating because I had other things to attend too.

Worst- the few bites I got in on my Bacon King order felt mildly warm at best and not freshly cooked- which made no sense.

I ended up not eating and handing out my fries to some of my men.

Decided to just get a steak and loaded potatoes later on elsewhere...

Did I happen to mention it took very long for my order despite this supposed to be a...

Currently glad this place has survived. The breakfast here is good. I like the flame broiled burgers, but there are other better burger joints. Sorry, not sorry to say...

Update, today we came for breakfast and disappointingly our orders were delivered incomplete. Our pancakes xame without butter and syrup which we had to ask for. We ordered three coffees and only two came. We had to ask for the third one...again. And then, we even had to ask for utensils since our orders didnt come with the right ones. What's going on!? These people arent paying attention to what they are doing! Are there even enough staff behind...
