I have been going to EON for a year and each trip was always worth it.
The prices are fair and competitive for the metropolitan area. The seasonal/holiday theme drinks add a friendly demeanor to the establishment and make it more interesting than larger chains.
There is a cute refrigerated section for those wanting a 150-300 calorie snack. These do include house-made yogurts (of assorted real fruit flavours). Likewise, the toasted and sweet sections have their own EON Coffee creations, specifically the tomato bagel spread and their homemade salmon cream cheese.
I am well aware that service staff see hundreds of different faces each week, that many of the employees remembered my habits is a great display of their dedication. Far more than favourite drinks, but the quirks required for them. If I were a server, I wouldn't have the patience to take my order.
The room is well furnished, with comfortable seating at the wings, and space conservation tables along the perimeter wall and windows. EON also has seating outside with good parasols. The view is of a major metro road, but one cannot critique the hand they are dealt.
EON can get busy and whilst the staff work well to handle the masses, don't be intimidated. The queue shortens rapidly.
The Wi-Fi service they provide can get slow at times and some patrons do struggle to access the web portal. For everyone's sake, type "168.192.1.1" as the URL and your browser will always load the router's homepage.
The bathroom can get messy throughout the day, which may put people off. Water gathering around the toilet seems most common. (Honestly, cleaning the bathroom is the job of each person inside. EON provides you coffee, not cleaning your backside.) .

Read moreThe drinks we got, Mexican coffee and almond milk latte, are good. We ordered the turkey "pesto" panini, the chicken "chipotle" panini, and the turkey mushroom panini. They are in quotes because I could not taste any pesto nor chipotle in either sandwich. Visual inspection showed some sort of very thin layer of some sort of sauce but after some for the great reviews online, they were a let down. At about $10+ per sandwich I expected something with more flavor. Honestly I could only taste the turkey and cheese and bread, which is fine -however if I had only ordered that- but it left us all relatively unsatisfied. We agreed the best part/most flavorful was the pickle they provided.
For three drinks and 3 sandwiches the total was almost $60 bucks, with the quality of the sandwiches, this honestly should have been a $30 buck meal/snack. The tiger think to note is that the sandwiches are small, so if you're going in for something light, it's good.
Might go back only for the drinks (if we ever happen to be around with limited options) but those three ordered sandwiches were honestly a huge let down. Props though for the mushroom one tasting and having like it had mushrooms in it (not a lot so in the bites where the mushrooms were there ~70% of the sandwich) were good.
Cute spot to stop and talk though for a while, give this place a try if you'd like (again drinks were good this time ) but I highly recommend improvement of the lunch paninis and a price adjustment. Honestly, with other coffee places like zócalos or Pearl's, I would much rather go to one of these two spots as I'd spend the same amount of money or less but with better...

AND ITS PRETTY GOOD!!!????
I don't understand some of the low reviews here. This place has amazing food and the drinks are made in good standard.
I've been going here for about 3 years now and I can say that this place is the reason why I have kept my grades up. haha. The WIFI is free and super fast. It never lags and when they have to restart it, they tell everyone before they do. The food is pretty good and very healthy. They offer the cold drip coffee which most coffee shops don't. They're lattes are amazing! it comes with complimentary cracker and usually designed by a skilled barista. Green noodles with the option of what dressing is so good!!
I would suggest: 1.) Green noodles! with thai nut dressing 2.) SALAD! 3.) Green Tea Latte!!! 4.) espresso.. tiny but STRONG! 5.) SATURDAY RAMEN! come early. line gets long!
I don't like their wraps because they're soggy but everything else is delicious!!
OH and the hot sandwiches are...
