Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Hayward

If I could give this JITB zero stars that wouldn't even be close to what it deserves! Where do I start with my experience??? Let's go according to Google's categories. •Atmosphere: This place was so dead on numerous occasions which should've been a dead give away. (Which speaks volumes considering I have given this place a chance on different days at different times to change my view to no avail) •Food: Not only was our order wrong... It was dry, hard and nasty... Which to me seems hard to do considering it is pre made food with instructions on how to prepare it. °Service: which is ultimately why I am writing this review and why this place needs a complete overhaul by it's corporate office as to not soil the JITB name. Language barriers make it difficult enough to navigate certain situations without the presence of attitude problems, lack of training, poor management, poor regard for customers and their food.

THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THIS JITB ARE CROOKS!!!

Not only did they overcook the order they got wrong for us... They would not make the proper corrections unto customer satisfaction nor would they give us our money back after refusing to make the necessary corrections per managements decision.

No One should EVER of this low integrity do business in America, PERIOD!

Not Only Is The Food Better but so is The Service!

I do NOT...

This place is alright and their food is really nothing fancy but your average American fast food although their food prices increased significantly but the quality pretty much stayed the same. I don't know about this branch though but for the other branches that I go to have free WiFi and a strong WiFi signal at that but nothing really beats McDonald's and Starbucks when it comes to WiFi signals! This is where you get food that's quickly served to you and you eat it here then

leave and its really not a place you loiter around although I hanged out in one of these JITB for hours and no one said anything to me so I guess you could. But if you have more adequate money!?, this place wouldn't be my first choice and I would rather go to either IHOP or Denny's but for the litle money you have and adequate food you'll get to fill you up quickly!?.... You can't really beat this joint plus their great tasting coffee in the morning doesn't...

From an honest person. Don't bother coming in here. Manager can't math nor understand bank statement if they already charged me. The card came back declined, that's funny, it's not like I'm broke and homeless. Drive thru cashier asked a manager and I showed that they already changed. He fought back saying "It's a wrong time!" I yelled "I've never had jack in box today but right now!" Like he's eager to see more details of my bank account and see how much I have. Like what's your problem. You already charged me and I showed you but still not believe it. It's jack in box not a 5 star restaurant. Manager can't read the total charged and not understanding banks run in east coast time. If you're unwilling give me my food than refund. Evidence in front of your eyes. This place is garbage. It's changed alot since a few years. Sad to work in your line of duty and act like...
