Red Ribbon Bakeshop — Restaurant in Hayward

Today Sunday late afternoon and I order 1 regular iced avocado and I waited for 30 mins. The guy cashier gave my order to another Lady that he didn’t even realized I was first . He didn’t even ask for a number but when the lady went up to register and asked him if that was her order and the cashier gave it to her without askin for her number. I was ahead of her. Just because we ordered same drink for only 1- doesn’t mean the order was rightfully hers. I was very disappointed at the cashier. And I waited for another 10 minutes until I went up to the register and ask for my order. They didn’t even apologize or anything! The cashier said oh I don’t know. Stopped into this shop to give it a try. Only 3 people in line ahead of me so I assumed things would move swiftly. Unfortunately, things did not. I waited 30 minutes to be helped There were 3 staff but only one was helping at the counter. One was counting out a register whilst the third helped bring items from the back.
