Surf City Squeeze — Restaurant in Hayward

The smoothie base contains milk and that is not listed anywhere on their menu. When I received my smoothie, it didn’t taste like fruit It tasted horrible. When I brought this to the attention of the employees and asked if they could do anything about it, they said no And that’s when I discovered they put milk in their smoothies. I wasn’t offered a refund or even just a replacement drink. I would never recommend this place to anyone. What a waste of $20! And their feedback button online is a broken link. I don’t think they care about...

I couldn’t even order because those two staff members were in the back. And when they did come to the front, they did not greet me or ask if I wanted to order so I just left. Terrible service so I will go elsewhere I do...
