Typically, if I have a choice, this isn't my preferred Arby's. And in this area it isn't usually my preferred restaurant, but it's the only thing around that my grandpa will eat 😅 On top of that, this is an inconvenient location compared to everything else available around here; it's the only restaurant at this intersection. And the intersection is at a light, so if you're getting ONTO the interstate, it's a pretty inconvenient stop. (left turn in, left turn out)
Also, this location is VERYYYYY hit or miss. I swear every other visit there's something wrong. "Our milkshake machine's down right now." Ugh. And forget it if you're going to make it there within the last half hour that they're open. I've legitimately sat at that drive-thru with DECENT time to spare, and just never been served. And CLEARLY you know there's someone inside deliberately ignoring you. I deada$$ ONLY WANTED A SHAKE, too! (Jamocha shake is my fave!)
But, Mickey D's closes at like the same time, and heaven forbid you want anything from the McCafe in the last hour of operation at THAT place. So I stopped here, cuz my "regular" Arby's is roughly 25 minutes away, and I DEFINITELY wasn't making that one before close. I was so mad 😤
But yea, location is usually dead, you can tell that the help here just really don't care, but the food's good (as in, you always know what to expect, and I've never gotten sick from anything here, so that's a...
Read moreWOW! What great service we received from Gerald today. He took our order with a smile that went all the way to his eyes. We had been wanting to try the new Garlic Ribeye sandwich and instead of the drive thru we went inside. The floors were clean and the tables wiped down. You can tell that the Day Manager takes pride in her store and how her Arby's team treat their customers. Gerald said he couldn't personally recommend the Garlic Ribeye sandwich but he wanted to try it. We enjoyed our meal, the sandwich was very good, garlic sauce is excellent. And to top it off Gerald went the extra steps to take our tray and trash to the trash can for us. That on top of his excellent service at the counter earned him dinner on me. I asked for the manager to let her know that Gerald was an asset to her team. I paid for his dinner that he could get when he took his break. Thanks Gerald! Keep up...
Read moreThe Gen Z stare instead of a greeting didn't really phase me since I'm here pretty routinely and it's not the norm. Then taking a bag to the table for not being asked that it was for dine in was only slightly unwelcoming. Then the roast beef getting sliced obnoxiously thick making for an unpleasant sandwich pushed the experience into where I should have ditched the meal and stopped elsewhere to eat. I did have to ditch about half of the meat on the sandwich as too tough to be worth it. Au Jus strangely different of late, perhaps a matter of taste but not my preference. All troubles very out of character for this location, though I notice another mention in the reviews so perhaps just some training or standards issue. Also they need to better maintain their condiment dispensers and...
