McDonald's — Restaurant in Hazelwood

Forget poor customer service, losing orders, and giving out incorrect orders! If you don't want 5 different people digging threw your order before you get it do not eat at this location. I order food at this location on 2/20/2022 at 1:11 pm. I was pulled forward and waited over 20 min for my food but the thing that just killed this location for me was the fact that they were running orders out to the cars handing the bags too people in their cars, asking THEM to check the bag to see if that was their order. When told no they would take the bag BACK and go to the NEXT car and have them DIG threw the bag. I touched at lest 5 other people's orders. Sitting there I also witnessed people in present handing bags out and then receiving them back because that was not that cars order either. I finally received what was supposed to be my order after they had come out to get my receipt to remake it because they lost it and the order was still wrong. I went in and asked the young lady who was very polite to speak to a manager. I explained to the manager the situation and what I had witnessed. I told her in the time of covid it was unexceptible for them to allow so many strangers to touch each other's food. All the manager could say was "I'm working in grill what you want me to do about it?" Realizing she had poor customer service skills and was going to do nothing to correct the situation I asked her for the owners number. She proceeded to tell me they just switched owner ship and she "don't have no number" to give me. It is absolutely disgusting what they are allowing to go on there and have no motivation to correct...

This use to be one of my favorites but not so much anymore. The last couple of times that I have bought food from there it was not good. The burger ( double cheeseburger) had way to much mustard on it and the burger itself looked and tasted like rubber, my fries were soggy and cold thst even my dog wouldn't eat them and let me tell you he is a huge fan of McDonald's fries so when he won't even eat them that says alot about them. Now mind you the last 3 times I had gone there they were all at different times, so it's not like this was like happening at one specific time range, this had happened at 3 different times of the day. The only thing they have seemed to do right was by employing Jessica Costa and to be honest I don't know if she still works there bc I hadn't seen her the last few times I went there and I haven't been back there in a few weeks, but if she is then that is like the only thing they have done right is by having her on their payroll. I don't know what has changed in the way of their staff or what but their food quality has gone down drastically and it really is a shame. Hopefully they can get it back to the way it was bc i do miss their mcflurries, i will say that the last time I went there was a couple of weeks ago and it was for breakfast and that food was better then what j had been receiving prior to thst visit and the frozen mocha frappe was real good...they got their drinks and desserts on point so now they need to get their food up to that level...

I visited this location about two Saturdays ago. I ordered a fish filet combo as well as some other things. I asked for extra cheese, extra tarter, which was not placed on my sandwich. I advised the young lady at the window and she asked me for the sandwich. I gave it to her. She sent the same sandwich back out to me with a cold piece of cheese slapped on it. The tarter sauce was still light. For one, when did fast food restaurants start sending the same food back out after fixing a error. From my experience in working in the fast food industry I was never to hand out the same food that was sent back in. Food was made over and fresh. My usual is to go in and address the issue but I had my small grandkids. Now I haven't worked in fast food in years, maybe things have changed. I do feel that maybe a lead or manager needs to make sure the employees, especially the younger ones are fulfilling the customers request. It's no way customers food should be fixed any kind of way. Food is to high these days for food places to mess up orders like they do and not care. I may not be back to this location. It used to be on the up and up. Seems like all the fast food restaurants hire lazy careless people. I am sure they wouldnt except their food just...
