Actually had to lower my score noticed I been getting cheated at this location I get a venti brown sugar and it seems that there's only one or 2 employees that make it correctly this is unacceptable with prices these days not to mention they are suppose to put 4 shots of espresso in the venti and that never happens after buying the same coffee for years u would think they would have enough commonsense to know as a consumer that we would notice the difference lol . But I guess not corporate needs to take a look at there quality control if they want to charge almost $7 for a cup of coffee . So sad I actually started making it home myself .
