Actually had to lower my score noticed I been getting cheated at this location I get a venti brown sugar and it seems that there's only one or 2 employees that make it correctly this is unacceptable with prices these days not to mention they are suppose to put 4 shots of espresso in the venti and that never happens after buying the same coffee for years u would think they would have enough commonsense to know as a consumer that we would notice the difference lol . But I guess not corporate needs to take a look at there quality control if they want to charge almost $7 for a cup of coffee . So sad I actually started making it home myself . Typically have a very pleasant experience they know my order as soon as I pull-up I’ve been coming since the new location opened however lately the wait time has been exceptionally long the girls at the window taking the orders are very rude and are interested more in talking amongst themselves instead of taking orders and then turn around and be rude which is totally uncalled for…the best barista here is Damian he’s always warm friendly and greets you with a smile and pleasantries every morning defenitely worth looking into making him a manager so the atmosphere and dynamics of how customers are treated...
