For those sent by QTC: make sure to let them know you were sent by QTC and let them know they may have the documents needed in the back sent from FedEx. That was my experience. I was told I needed to come here and when I was bright back the nurse asked for the information from my doctor, which of course the VA/QTC doesn't give you. Read moreThis use to be my “ go-to” place, but no more. They unofficially no longer take walk-ins!!! They will put you on standby. There is no communication about this on the website or at the location. My rating is due to the behavior of the techs we encountered…. Nasty, rude, a “don’t bother me, you are not important” tone! We were on 1st position standby for 40 minutes, only to have the tech come out, point out us, then waved no and took another standby that was #2 on the list. We waited another 30 minutes, same tech and when I asked why we were skipped she was nasty and obnoxious, and pushed us off, to the manager who was just as bad. Will be reaching out to corporate…...
