Iggy's Organic Burger — Restaurant in Healdsburg

We are locals here in Healdsburg and took our family here when it first opened and it was great, everyone enjoyed the food and ice creams. However we recently went back because my sister in law was craving their fries and we spent around 60.00$ for 4 fries, a burger, and 1 scoop of ice cream. It was pretty busy so we did expect a wait however 2-3 families that ordered after us got their food before us and it was cooked food not the ice cream so it wasn’t faster to make than ours. The wait in total was around 35 min which is expected but to see people who order after you get their food first is confusing.

Yet we we did get the food the only thing really edible was the ice cream unfortunately. All the fries were cold and stale, while the burger was smushed at the bottom of the bag and it was inedible due to the high volume of mustard that was on it. We didn’t ask for anymore fries because of the previous wait period, but my brother asked for a new burger since that’s what the kids wanted. We ended up waiting another 25 min with no burger and the kids became more agitated so made it impossible to stay any longer and wait so we took a business card and left.

We reached out through email in hopes that maybe we could get a store credit or a refund considering 60$ is very expensive for us and it was a treat for the family but no one has gotten back to us. We love supporting local businesses and will spend our money if it’s worth it but with how expensive everything is and prices going up it’s a big deal when you’re not satisfied with...

We stumbled here after a couple of hours of wine tasting. Meaning, I was pretty buzzed when we walked in and I was starving. There is a restroom that you can use, which is great after drinking so much wine!

There's a kiosk where you can order at the counter and someone can also take your order. I got ordered the Biggy burger and Tito's truffle fries. I will say that these are on the higher end for pricing BUT it was really good, so I think it was worth it for being in this area for Healdsburg. Sure, you can find cheaper burgers but you'll have to drive down to another city.

Even though it was a bit pricey, the burger and fries were split between me and my husband. With that said, it was a good deal. Iggy's Organic Burger is a delicious welcomed addition to Healdsburg. As a burger LOVER I was delighted but the Iggys Burger. It's very light (the patty is thin) and now too much so if you're hungry order the double (only $13). That's another thing it's priced well under $10 which is hard to find in Healdburg.

This reminds me of a classic cheeseburger such as McDonalds (with more local ingredients of course). It's not only delicious but you don't feel super heavy and weighed down after eating it. Be sure to try the French Fries. They're not thin french friends but perfectly cooked with a light crunch. Both the Burger & Fries are GREAT. I've been back a few times since they opened and this is a Healdsburg gem.
