Creno's Pizza — Restaurant in Heath

I order from here frequently but I am nearing the point where I no longer will. Constant issues with order accuracy and drivers regularly fail to follow simple instructions for delivery (text when delivered ect.)

I have had items missing (no drinks or wings missing), drivers arrive and then leave without actually delivering the food, inaccurate orders (ordered wings and they gave me dry wings with the sauce in cups [this is an option online to have it this way, I order it normal with the sauce on the wings]).

I have called about issues before and had to speak to 3 separate people and wait on hold for a decent bit before finally being able to speak to someone who matters that has the authority to offer a simple refund.

The food most of the time is fantastic and I enjoy it. I cannot recommend it though because the service to get this food is horrible and the prices are far higher than most locations nearby. I have zero intention to pay higher than average prices for lower than...

Just solicited my phone to join a text club. I hate invasive tactics. Because of this I will never order Creno’s again. About as bad as people texting me with voting suggestions. Some people are just old fashioned I guess. I ordered there when I wanted to. Strongly dislike it when people feel they need to invade my privacy because their corporation is to cheap to send a coupon in the mail. Please change your tactics. Or I’ll get an auto dialer and set it up to call your store endlessly until your employees just quit from the nonstop bombardment of phone calls...

Every time I have ordered from this location has been awesome. The food is always fresh and delicious and their salads are worth every penny! You get a very filling amount of food for the price and the staff is very friendly. They're always on time or early with delivery in our area (Heath) so of you're local, I highly recommend you give these guys a try! Especially if you like BLT Pizza!!
