Hot Head Burritos — Restaurant in Heath

I ordered catering from the Heath, OH store last week with just a day notice (first time catering order). I called the store and talked to Miriah and then ended up having to call and make a ton of changes and removing people, then adding more people on the next morning. It was a VERY messy catering order because my number of people kept changing. Miriah and team MADE IT HAPPEN!!!!! Everything was prepared and done ON TIME and the food was AMAZING. The team liked it way better than Chipotle (who we always ordered from before, but they have asked from here on out we order Hot Heads for catering and I agree! And the best part was Miriah was so extremely sweet and helpful, and no matter how many changes I made she got me my new totals ASAP, and was friendly and professional the whole time. This store will get it done for you no matter what and we will definitely be ordering from them...

March 12th at 6pm the ladies working at this time are rudest, vilest, nastiest ladies I have come across in a long time. I didn't see them put on a topping I had asked for and when I asked them about it they lost there ever loving mind's. There tone of voice is one I would expect if I had smacked them and all I did was ask about a topping I could not see and did not see them put on. I went to the car and disassembled the bowl and found the topping..... couldn't see as the amount was so small. I said a prayer while in the parking lot for whatever is troubling them to be taken care of and make them better more understanding ladies. UPDATE.... To be honest this probably one of the worst hot heads I’ve been I actually eat at them quite often and figured I would give them a try while I was in town. I decided to buy 5 bowls for everyone I was with and they all complained how the food was cold. None of the co-workers asked if I wanted it toasted and was rushing to cash me out before I was even done ordering. I asked for extra sauce and got told that’s all they was able to put on the bowl?? I also asked for no salsa on one of them and it still got put on. The same went for one of the sauces I had ask them to not put it on there and they did. It was actually very disappointing I was hyping hotheads up and then the opposite happened. Won’t ever be back to this...
